10/30/04 Regional Workout in NW Washington, DC at Bob Kaiser's Washington Karate Academy of Uechi-Ryu practitioners from around the mid-Atlantic, gathered for camaraderie and sharing common interest in Traditional Karate.  The format for the workout was: Part I Junbi-Undo & Hojo-Undo as a group & Sanchin Kata as a group; Part II Nakamatsu training techniques in smaller groups.  Topics covered include fundamentals of Sanchin, body mechanics, and sparring technique in rotation. Part III Shitei Kata Review by Seniors.
