The Seminars will be led by different high ranking Karate Instructors and include fun drills for just youth, just adults, and combined youth and adult training, drills using traditional Okinawan weapons, self-defense awareness and techniques, drills with weighted jars, kata, bunkai (actual application of techniques), yakusoku kumite (pre-arranged sparring), and kumite (sport sparring techniques).  The focus will be on building knowledge, strength, endurance, and technique.
